  • Hours of phone support are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. -5:30 p.m. CST.  24-hour support is available in case of emergency for Fusion, Legend, INFO5 and ProfitMaster.
  • Email is checked Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST.
  • If your support request is urgent, please call rather than email our Customer Support Group at the following numbers to ensure a timely response to your question.

Our Support Teams field calls from contacts authorized by your company.

  • If an unauthorized contact calls Support, we will ask they reach out to an authorized contact to approve the call.  If unauthorized contacts email Support, they will receive an automated email alerting them they are not authorized, and the case will be closed.
  • If additional contacts need to be added or removed, please e-mail ContactAdmin@karmak.com.  When adding a new contact, please include their name, job title, phone number, location address, and e-mail address.
