Visit the Customer Community to easily submit a case to Support, check status of your cases, and more. Log in above and click Customer Community.  Email passwordrequest@Karmak.com to request your password.

Contact support by phone or email

  • Fusion Support is available Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. CST. Email is checked during normal Support hours.
  • Legend and Director Series Support is available Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST. Email is checked during normal Support hours.
  • 24 hour support is available in case of emergency for Fusion and Legend.

Our Support Teams field calls from contacts authorized by your company.

  • If an unauthorized contact calls Support, we will ask they reach out to an authorized contact to approve the call.  If unauthorized contacts email Support, they will receive an automated email alerting them they are not authorized, and the case will be closed.
  • If additional contacts need to be added or removed, please e-mail ContactAdmin@karmak.com.  When adding a new contact, please include their name, job title, phone number, location address, and e-mail address.
