Karmak has partnered with Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) to bring dealers Over the Counter (OTC) Excellence to help dealers manage parts sales and customer relationships.

The Karmak Fusion and DTNA integration will allow clients representing Freightliner and Western Star Trucks franchises to participate in DTNA’s OTC Sales Management Tool. Through the new analytics interface, parts sales data will be automatically exported in the required format and transmitted to DTNA’s systems for processing and analysis.  Dealers can utilize DTNA’s OTC Sales Management Tool to analyze customer trends and create tailored sales plans by customer.
